Civics Ecosystem Toolkit

The Civics Ecosystem Toolkit is a versioned reference document exploring how to design and sustain participatory civic structures within the Australian context.

It is published as a standalone resource at the link above. The wiki entry here tracks its development and links to the canonical source.

Overview

The toolkit covers seven topic areas including cooperative governance models, the Civics Ecosystem Cooperative structure, and the Party Members Fund concept — a mechanism to support grassroots participation in democratic processes.

It is intended to evolve over time as the ideas are tested and refined.
